PREP & LINE COOKS / BAGEL BUILDERS

Prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency

Prep and portion ingredients

Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at station

Operate quickly in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure

Maintain a clean and sanitary work station

Label, store and rotate food products properly

Assist teammates and work together to collectively execute all tasks

Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed

DISHWASHER

Wash cookware, glassware, utensils and other tools by hand

Organize and stock clean cookware, utensils, etc.

Empty and clean all compost, recycle and trash bins

Clean kitchen, dining and bathroom surfaces

Sweep and mop floors

Clean up spills or broken glass as needed

Provide assistance to kitchen staff as needed

Follow sanitation policies at all times

Rise Bagel Co. is filling a hole. We specialize in old-world artisan bagels with a modern twist using organic ingredients. Our made-from-scratch dough is rolled, boiled, topped on both sides and baked—resulting in crisp, chewy and flavorful bagels. From our oven to your taste buds, we stand behind an honest, wholesome philosophy to create an elevated bagel experience.
