A hands-on training program focuses on developing knowledge and skills while allowing new employees to immediately produce results.Primary Responsibilities:Assess the technology and disclosure to understand the technical nuances in preparation for performing the search to identify relevant references and documents.Maintain proficiency with commercial patent databases and other proprietary databases that disclose technical publications.Strategically perform searches and draft written opinions relating to patentability of PCT applications in the Analysts broad technical area.Ensure compliance with CPA Globals Code of Business Ethics and Corporate ConductPrimary Requirements:Work Experience or Education required in one of the following areas:Chemistry organic and inorganic chemistry, polymer chemistry, medicinal chemistry pharmaceutical chemistry, small molecular structuresChemical Engineering process and reactor design, heat exchange, distillation, unit operationsPetroleum Engineering oil and gas drilling processes and treatments, proppants, geologic surveying, environmental impact assessmentsMaterials Science and Engineering synthesis and properties of materials, ceramics and composite engineering, alloys, nanotechnologyBiotechnology (or Biology) Cell and molecular biology, microbiology, human physiology, biochemistry, biophysics, stem cells, genetic engineering, pharmacology, biofuels, antibodies and immunology, vaccines, etc.Life Sciences Surgical equipment and procedures, medical devices, medical instrumentation, diagnostic equipment, medical imaging equipment, implantable devices, prosthesis, etc.Mechanical/Civil Engineering - Transportation, construction, manufacturing, static structures, dynamic machines, packaging, mechanical power, transmissions, electromechanical systems, mining, molding, etc.Physics orElectrical Engineering - Measuring and testing, radiation, optics, semiconductors, nanotechnology, magnetic devices, electrical circuits and circuit analysts, etc.Computer Science and Information Sciences Computer architecture, software, network architecture and communication, data processing, IT security, audio/video editing, image processing, etc.Business Methods Electronic commerce, financial transactions, electronic gaming, health care management, point of sale systems, etc.Primary Qualifications:Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Applicants must have resided in the U.S. for the past two consecutive years.Bachelo
