JobOverview :
This position will develop and providekey analytics and competitive insights to guide the direction of strategicpricing initiatives.
Continually works on creating tools and processes foranalysis while providing necessary analytics for other strategic projects toensure root causes are identified and improvement plans are in place.
JobResponsibilities and Accountabilities :
Performs advanced variance analysis, including process and pricemodeling, sales approval analysis, regional pricing and cost impact and otherdirect or indirect margin related programs incorporating data from differentareas and synthesizes.
Articulatesstrategic pricing based on competitive intelligence, syndicated data, andinternal DataMart, Teradata and Tableau and provides recommendations andsolutions
Develops and provides ownership of complex modeling analysis.
Responsible for complex reporting processes on key functionalKPI's. Owns communication and analysis associated with reporting efforts.
Performs advanced trend analysis - incorporates data fromdifferent areas and synthesizes. Findings incorporate cross functional impacts,trends, and industry news.
Supports and implements data driven process improvements withinfunctional area. Proven ability to analyze business processes and providesuggestions for improvement.
Ability to manage multiple and diverse tasks withinter-relationships across processes. Work requires the direct application of avariety of procedures, policies and / or precedents.
Supports all vital business reporting for pricing and margin
Participates in and sometimes leads cross-departmentwhite-boarding / problem solving sessions

JobRequirements :
Education / Certification :
Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent experience
Experience :
1-5 years’experience
SQLexperience required
Experiencewith Alteryx preferred
SystemImplementation preferred
Demonstratedsuccess in leading and delivering solutions to complex business opportunities
Knowledge :
Outstandinganalytical skills (numerical, verbal).
StrongStrategic Planning, Financial and Operations / Business Background. Not purelyfinancial background.
Strongbusiness acumen
Financialmodeling experience
ProjectManagement experience strongly preferred
Skills / Abilities :
Mustbe self-driven and very motivated.
Stronganalytical, organizational and relationship skills.
Excellentwriting and communication skills are required.
Stronginterpersonal skills, discretion, diplomacy, judgment, work ethic andaccountability.
Positive,proactive and flexible attitude with ability to work independently as well ascollaboratively.
Abilityto effectively handle multiple tasks and projects with varying deadlines andtime constraints.
Abilityto create complex queries in order to support adhoc reporting and databasedesign.
Advanced skillset inMicrosoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access and other relatedapplications.
