This full-time position (four 10-hour days/week) is located at a new high-end, pre-fab housing manufacturer production facility in Belgrade, MT.  We are a very fast-paced and forward-leaning, process-driven company that embraces clear communication and lean manufacturing principals, including the ability for all employees to contribute to his/her own successes and work environment. The purpose of this position is to oversee all aspects of production and scheduling, to manage production employees and to perform all aspects of pre-fab home and commercial building construction. A strong mechanical aptitude is required. A desire and ability to perform at extremely high standards in a fast-paced environment required.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Oversees employees, construction quality and production schedules.

Performs all aspects of construction including, framing, drywall, insulation, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, sash and door, roofing, flooring trim and finish carpentry.

Must be able to maintain production schedules, troubleshoot problems and

Conducts readiness and repair inspections supported by the production documentation, ADA and NFPA standards as required.   

Assists in the maintenance of production reports and records and makes recommendations to managers. Plans, organizes, and performs technical analyses as required or assigned.  Makes recommendations as to adjustments necessary to effectively, efficiently and economically accomplish the work and maximize production, safety and precision.

Extensive experience and certifications in operating heavy equipment, hoists, lifts, winches, jacks, torches and hand tools. 

Documents / corrects installation procedures using production documentation and computers and/or tablets as required

Performs ALL duties to exceed strict minimum standards as established by the company, various technical manuals, manufacturer guidelines, etc.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Frequently lifts up to 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, push, pull and stand for 6 or more hours a day

Must display excellent time management skills and communicate effectively
