Lead brewer/Manager

Looking for someone interested in operating a start up brewery in Belgrade.

This person ideally would

- Have brewing and restaurant management experience.

- Openminded about beers to be brewed as we would want plenty of input.

- Strong work ethic and creativity.

- Have solid personal references.

- Looking for long term position/career as we intend on offering ownership in business.

-Ability to help set up equipment and give input on systems.

- This will probably start as a part time for the first 6 months and grow into full time once everything is established.

We like interesting and different beers, wanting to include Hazys, Goses, Sours and barrel aged beers. We are ok with brewer learning on the job!

A few details about the project:

Starting with a 3.5 bbl system to operate a small taproom and do some small scale distribution.

Willing to expand over time.

Will be a warehouse location.

Hoping to maintain some kind of industrial theme.

Project is funded and building is currently under construction.
