USAA/ Insurance Estimator - Williams Body and Paint

Williams Body and Paint is seeking an outgoing, career oriented, experienced USAA/ insurance estimator. Our highly dynamic organization is structured for significant future growth and requires an estimator with an accurate repair plan process. Here at Williams Body & Paint we are invested in our employees, and provide a service to our customers no one can compete with.

Work Schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m - 5:30 p.m.

Desired Qualities:

- Must have a minimum of 2 years estimator experience with 85% accurate repair plan

-Excellent customer and interpersonal communication; setting expectations up front on the repair process.

-Must make the customer experience the top priority.

-Write a profitable, accurate estimate and track the vehicle throughout the repair process, continually informing the customers and updating their files.

-Excellent sales abilities.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication strategies.

-I-CAR and ASE preferred.

-Knowledge of collision repair estimating software CCCONE is preferred.

-The drive to deliver high quality auto body repair with a commitment to exceptional customer service.

-Minimum of 2 years experience with DRP compliance with major insurance companies (USAA and State Farm).

-Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities under pressure.

-The estimator must work well in a collision center with a team structured repair planning process.

- Complete other duties to ensure that every customer has a exceptional experience.
