We run SAP utilizing ECC, S / 4, MDG, Fiori, BPC, BW, and Business Objects for our core financials and supply chain business processes.

We are looking for a talented SAP PP / MM Sr. Business Analyst who is highly motivated, team oriented, and will be a key contributor to our SAP Center of Excellence IT team.

We are a passionate, service-oriented group of dedicated SAP professionals highly focused on delivering valuable solutions to our business partners.

Responsibilities

Identify, influence, and implement opportunities to fully leverage the SAP solution within areas of responsibility

Identify ways to eliminate and automate repetitive issues and service requests

Provide day to day support within the Produce to Stock and Plant Maintenance Business process areas (Production Planning, Materials Management, Plant Maintenance)

Work with peers to improve internal IT processes

Guide business partners in understanding the Art of the Possible

Advise stakeholders on industry standards in order to provide suggestions to achieve standard configuration and streamlined processes

Evaluate and articulate solution value to all levels of the organization

Work with SAP professionals to integrate within the SAP environment; including Sales and Distribution, Procure to Pay and Quote to Cash

Willingness to challenge established practices / processes and draw relevant conclusions with the willingness to take calculated risks within the organization

Interface with IT teams for technical specifications and development of customized objects

Promote and drive the adoption of SAP tools with a broad employee base

Qualifications

6+ years of SAP experience as an SAP functional analyst with extensive expertise in SAP PP and SAP MM modules; understanding of Produce to Stock and MRP best practices / business processes preferred

Working knowledge of Plant Maintenance module preferred

Broadly competent and literate across all SAP modules as well as how those integrate with Production Planning and Materials Management

Stays current on industry trends and new technologies. Highly proficient in leading the development, and continuous improvement of solution roadmaps

Experience with SAP security design

Understand and develop integration solutions between SAP and other applications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively negotiate with other teams to create a mutually beneficial solution, recognized as a trusted advisor

Displays a commitment to growing technical skills and discovering new and better ways to deliver technical and application solutions.

Proactively mentor others in growing technical abilities

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to all levels of technical and non-technical owners at all levels of the organization

Outstanding customer service skills including working effectively with all levels of the organization to provide highly effective solutions

Ability to support a collaborative atmosphere by proactively soliciting input from others and promoting an environment where all team members feel comfortable sharing and discussing their ideas and where the opinions of others are respected

Ability to build effective and productive working relationships with team members and business partners, while effectively identifying and prioritizing issues and solutions

Exhibits leadership ability and a strong desire to grow in the leadership area

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is required
