Requirements:
HVAC or EPA Certification
Basic drywall
Punch skills
Basic Plumbing
Carpentry
Basic Electrical
Appliance Repair Knowledge
Apartment Service Request Experience preferred
Must have own tools and transportation
Must have valid driver's license
Must be available for flexible schedule to include emergency on-call rotation
