Dispetcher Sales Person Full-time or part-time

Growing residential Air Conditioning and Plumbing company is looking for a Dispatcher/Customer service representative.

Compensation: Based on experience

Monthly Bonuses for meeting GM set goals.

In addition to salary, we offer sales commissions. Opportunities to up-sell services and equipment present themselves daily and can make up to an additional %50-100 to your salary.

Dispatcher/Customer service rep core responsibilities:

- Process new service requests.

- Answer incoming phone calls.

- Timely schedule service appointments utilizing simple logistic principles.

- Timely return missed calls and voicemails

- Work with service and installation teams on estimates and timely send them to customers and partners.

- Communicate with the customers, partners and timely provide with updates on estimated job completion dates.

- Pursuing empty inbox whenever possible (archive messages after making sure no action is needed.)

- Coordinate with techs, timely escalate with service team supervisor to facilitate completion of ongoing and paused jobs.

- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of projects with multiple parties involved.

- Collect payments from customers.

- Keeping a close eye on the schedule to ensure customers are notified about any possible delays or cancelations In advance.

- Proactively work with costumers to address their concerns and resolve problems.

Secondary responsibilities:

- Call in/Submit updated for our partners.

- Pull permits city permits.

- Verify equipment availability and cost with local suppliers.

Required skills and qualities:

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google docs applications.

- Confident PC user.

- Detail oriented.

- Critical thinking and problem solving.

- Fast learner.

- Ability to work with high volume of information.

Experience:

- Dispatcher, 1 year (Preferred)

- Dispatching software (Preferred)

- Customer Service, 1 year (Required)
