Assisted Living Nurse Currently seeking PT/FT Assisted Living Nurse.For a 48 bed licensed residential care facility.Administer medications and other treatmentsWorks collaboratively with care staff to meet the needs of the residents; provide meaningful educationIn this position, you will work under the direction of Assisted Living Nurse Manager and/or Administrator, to directly impact the patient's quality of life.Every other weekend requiredGet to know your individual residents and provide nursing care to residents in their private suitesParticipates in resident care conferences and other facility meetings as assigned.Communicates regularly with residents medical provider on changes in condition.
