Part-time and Full time

Seeking Manager for established successful restaurant in Golf course in Wayne, NJ. The restaurant is dynamic and popular with locals and foodies. The food program is Modern American - expressing principles of quality, skill of execution, and freshness of ingredients. Bar program is progressive, large, and diverse.

The position entails traditional manager responsibilities: schedules, guest interaction and relations, service team direction and support, concept and morale driving, service standards enforcement, support of management team. Restaurant experience a must. Concentration on floor presence, steps of service, staff training and continuing education, accountability. Ideal candidate will have been a front of house team member for at least three years, service trainer, and a manager for 2+ years. Must be able to work holidays, nights and weekends, without exception.
