Local financial services office has an opportunity for a full time Customer Service Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant. Must be a self starter and comfortable with taking on many responsibilities for multiple executives. This individual should be comfortable with change and can take on any administrative duty deemed necessary including, but not limited to, word processing, data input, research, managing client interactions, both in person and on the phone, dictation, handling mail, ect.

It is imperative that candidates exhibit critical thinking and have the innate ability to work independently with little training, the capability to take on several priorities at once, and MUST BE TECH SAVVY. Advanced proficiency in CRM, Microsoft 365: Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Apps, multiple web based applications, and Social Media are essential.

This is a full time, 35-40 hours per week. Compensation based on education, experience, and licenses. Notary is a plus.
