Customer Service - Edible Arrangements

We are busier than ever and we’d love for you to join our team! If you are motivated with lots of energy and eager to learn we may have an exciting opportunity for you at Edible Arrangements (www.edible.com). We’re hiring for part-time positions in Pittsford, Webster, and Henrietta and will train you to create our unique products and provide amazing service to our guests.

You MUST be energetic and outgoing with excellent phone and interpersonal skills! You will learn and perform all aspects of store operations, including preparation of fruit arrangements, dipped fruit, baked goods and other amazing products. You will welcome our guests and help them celebrate all of life's occasions.

Candidates must be available to work weekday and weekend shifts, and must be available for busy holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas).

Qualifications:

- Basic computer skills are mandatory

- Experience working in food service preferred

- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment

- Adaptable and able to manage multiple responsibilities within the store

- Quality phone etiquette, excellent communication skills

- Ability to lift, carry and/or push objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Job Duties:

- Providing excellent customer service in the store & over the phone

- Fruit prepping & dipping

- Making and wrapping arrangements

- Other duties assigned as needed
