Territory Manager (Robeson)

Job Purpose

The Territory Manager is responsible for managing the providers, pharmacies, and members that are a part of Troy Medicare within Robeson County, North Carolina.

He/she ensures that providers and pharmacies are engaged in the care coordination for each member. He/she supports the enrollment process for Troy members to have a smooth onboarding process and address any challenges that occur throughout the lifetime of a Troy member. He/she keeps teams updated regarding provider network developments, performance targets, ensuring teams have the resources, support, and knowledge to achieve their goals.

The Territory Manager sets targets, plans budgets, controls marketing expenditures, trains and inspires multiple teams, building strong bridges across Troy Medicare.

Responsibilities

-Call and visit physician offices in person to ask to join the Troy Medicare network.

-Maintain a strong relationship with providers and solve any challenges that arise.

-Assist pharmacies with enrollment process guidelines and training as needed.

-Assist seniors with enrollment and questions regarding Troy Medicare’s plans.

-Provide rapid feedback to Troy Medicare’s team to address issues proactively.

-Help seniors with bills, places to receive care, and other customer support challenges.

-Receive in-bound calls from seniors interested in enrolling in Troy Medicare.

Specific Measures of Success

1 . Net Promoter Score (NPS): Increase year over year member NPS by 20%

2. Maintain provider NPS above 60

3. Decrease out-of-network providers in Robeson county to less than 5%

4. Increase inbound enrollments to 20% of all enrollments in Robeson county

5. People Development: ensure 21 training days/year for managers, 8 days for general staff
