Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse/Fulfillment Area Manager with strong leadership skills and command presence who is able to work our overnight shift. You will be leading a growing team and coaching them through numerous process improvements and retooling as we continue to grow our warehouse operations at a record pace.

- Lead daily stand-ups
- Manage the performance of team members and team leads
- Prepare daily/weekly staffing plan to align with the growth of our business
- Build a training and development playbook
- Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs
- Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all Team Members
With or without reasonable accommodation
- Stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
- Overnight Hours: 5 pm to 3 am
- Walk-in/and around the warehouse with great frequency.
- Access all areas of a building (ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation)
- Regularly bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head
- Lift and move items up to 49 pounds
