Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated

Marketing Coordinatorto join the firm’s award-winning marketing team in our Richmond headquarters. To be successful in this role, you should have three or more years of marketing experience in an A/E/C firm and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related degree. The ideal candidate will have well-rounded capabilities in written communication and graphic design including knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently.Please note any previous experience in the development of Design-Build proposals in your cover letter.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Communications –Works with Principals and other internal customers to develop support materials, brochures, mailers, press releases, advertisements and other collateral.
  • Proposal Development -Coordinates and manages the preparation of marketing proposals, submittals, and qualifications, which involves writing and design production. Ensures that all aspects of proposal and other marketing materials are accurate, timely, and compelling.
  • Marketing Plan Implementation –Work with others in the marketing department to develop and implement group level marketing plans.

Qualifications

Skills/Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or closely related field is required
  • Ideal candidates will have between three and five years of experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment as well as independently
  • Strong experience with the Adobe suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Solid understanding of marketing and public relations
  • Strong time management skills, commitment to accuracy, and the ability to balance short-term deadlines against long-term goals
  • Strong project management skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively
