Requirements, Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Valid Barber or Cosmetologist License.

Great personality and attitude.

Men's grooming, cutting shaving, experience preferred but will train the right candidate.

Ability to work weekends and evenings.

Ability to open and close the salon.

Cutting and grooming men as well as children.

Willingness to work as a team player.

Willingness to learn and grow as a stylist and person.

We offer team benefits including:

High base straight Commissions of 40%- 50% + tips.

We have a 14.00 per hour guarantee: If tips and commission don't equal 14.00 an hour we pay you the difference.
