HVAC / DDC automated Controls Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance on all OMRF properties. The HVAC Maintenance Technician maintains and improves the condition, quality, and integrity of all building systems. Must be knowledgeable in building control and monitoring systems. Training with DDC control systems is requested (some training on LON vs. BACnet network architecture, understand interface with other electronic systems). This position requires quite a bit of computer work to control and troubleshoot OMRF environment. Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance. Adheres to standard diagnostic approaches for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting HVAC systems, and monitoring/troubleshooting control systems. Participates in on-call emergency rotation and responds to emergencies as needed. Troubleshoots all HVAC and control systems and performs or oversees repairs. Utilizes maintenance software system to track work orders, inventory, product replacement histories, and scheduled preventative maintenance. Attends and completes required training. Completes repairs and duties as directed in a timely manner. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and three years of relevant experience or training in building system controls. Knowledge of building maintenance systems, including preventative maintenance and work order record keeping. Current Oklahoma HVAC journeyman license and valid drivers license required.Minimum Degree Required:

High School Diploma or EquivalentWork Hours: Typically Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5pm with rotating weeks/weekends on call.Preferred Qualifications:

5 years relevant experience. Strong knowledge of building control and monitoring systems preferred.Physical Demands:

Regularly required to stand, walk, use manual dexterity, stop, and bend, stretch, twist, or reach with hands, arms or legs. Frequently crawl, talk and hear. Occasionally required to sit and lift up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Frequently exposed to weather conditions, hot, wet, and humid conditions. Potential exposure to toxic fumes, airborne particles, and caustic chemicals. Potential risk of electrical shock.
