♦Maintenance Supervisor: A proven leader in the apartment maintenance field. HVAC troubleshooting and

Plumbing is at the core of this position. Good leadership skills, ability to maintain supplies and assign duties.

Mondy-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, once perm will have some on call duties. $20.00 to start.

♦Maintenance/Make Ready- Ideal candidate would have experience in Installation of stoves, refrigerators,

dishwashers, and etc, some plumbing, drywall, painting or whatever may come up in the realm of the

preparations of apartments in the maintenance area. Good leadership abilites. Experience completing work

orders in a timely manner and keeping track of products needed for repairs. And other duties as required.

-Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday- Friday. $14.00-$16.00 depending on skill level.

Painter to complete apartments. Experience rolling and taping off sections. $14.00

Shift: 8:00an-5:00pm M-F

Requirements: Basic hand tools to bring to site, Must have Transportation
