Absolutely!What you’ll learn & achieve:The Customer Success Specialist supports the client relationship bydemonstrating product/service features to help the customer achieve specific business resultsand maximize value from the product(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the client relationship by demonstrating product/service features to help the client account satisfaction, account growth by effectively responding to clientsensitive and urgent issues. May recommend specific solutions to achieve customer's desired result.

Meet with prospects to identify and qualify their needs including understanding decision makers, delivery timeframe, budget status, challenge and pain points, and competition status.

Provides value propositions to clients, prepares quotes or reviews quotes prepared by others, and closes sales by assisting Account Ownership roles by getting prospects’commitment with little or no supervision.

Performs other duties as directed.

What makes you a great fit:University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree) preferred and generally two years or more of related experience or demonstrated competency.

General knowledge of company policies and sales processes

Demonstrated ability to execute projects to stated objectives

Working knowledge of objectives, processes, and procedures of the applicable subunit(s) of the organization.

Has a general understanding of company's products and services

Minimal business travel required
