The Child Center is looking for behavior technicians to work one-on-one with children who have
autism/developmental disabilities at our clinic in Eugene, OR. Our behavior technicians are responsible for teaching new skills to their clients, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to promote independence and reduce challenging behaviors. All behavior technicians are paraprofessionals that are supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Upon hire, behavior technicians will be provided with the necessary training and guidance to become Registered Behavior Technicians (a nationally recognized professional credential)!

We invest in our employees, so we'd like for them to invest in us, too. We're looking for applicants who are willing to commit to either our M-F 8:30 AM-12:30 PM or 11:30 AM-3:30 PM schedule for at least 1 year. The onboarding process for this position typically takes 3 weeks.
