Top producing carpenter on the job, 3 years’ experience. Performing all tasks contracted for. Needs to be able to read plans to gain understanding of scope for each project. Will need to communicate with coworkers and project manager. Communication on site with inspectors and home owners when needed.

General Carpentry

Foundations

Framing

Siding

Windows and Exterior door installation

Interior trim and doors

Some knowledge of the following areas is preferred:

Cabinet Installation

Painting

Flooring

Concrete Flat work

Roofing

Drywall

2nd year in January - 5 days vacation

7th year in January - 10 days vacation
