Amplify Energy Corp. is an upstream company focused on the acquisition, production and development of oil and gas properties in the United States. Our properties consist of mature, legacy oil and natural gas fields. We are focused on maintaining production across our high-quality asset base and executing on our strategic priorities. We are currently seeking a Plant Operator to join our Wyoming asset Team.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Safety of all personnel and programs at the Bairoil CO2 Plant.

Responsible for writing SWOs for the reporting of our safety culture.

Responsible for all plant operations and contract personnel associated with the Bairoil CO2 recycling Plant.

To give & receive proper changeover communication from the previous shift.

Perform and document all aspects of the LO-TO program to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.

Ensure that Plant rounds are completed every 2 hours with more frequent rounds as needed this is to include but not limited to the following checks:

― Ensure all oil levels are adequate.

― Perform visual checks on all rotating equipment. (pump seals, vibration, leaks)

― Blow down all low points & drain scrubbers. (Inst air, Blanket Gas controls, TEG Outlet Scrubber)

― Draw water from NGL & Condensate bullets.

― Gage NGL, Cond, bullets accurately.

― Check levels in the Ammonia, Hot Oil, Heat medium systems and add as necessary notify control room.

― Gage all tanks for consumption report. (Compressor oils, TEG, Glycols, Chemicals, Hot Oil.)

― Recover Oil from refrigeration system.

― Make adjustments as needed by the control room operator.

Document all of the Plant Equipment using the PRIDE system to ensure all of the equipment is running at its optimum at all times.

Keep all Trucks & Plant areas clean and free of Safety Hazards

Line up tanks for truck loading and sign off trucks when they are loaded. Monitor and switch rundown tanks as needed.

Know and use the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to start and stop equipment:

― Responsible for maintaining all equipment and maximizing runtime.

― Responsible for NGL production.

― Responsible for minimizing the PlantLOE.

― Responsible for adherence to PSM, RMP, and DOT pipeline procedures.

Ability to work with HSE group to ensure HSE culture is disseminated throughout the organization

Trouble shoot systems, with the use of P&IDs, MFDs, and procedures.

Revaluate all plant procedures and P&IDs once per year.

Work with HSE group to ensure HSE culture is disseminated throughout the organization Responsible for the on-going development of all personal training OJT, CBT, OQ and yearly SCBA training & fit test along with all other programs.

This position is a 12 daily shift working 4 days on 4 days off then 4 nights on.

Qualifications

2-5 years of related experience within the Oil & Gas industry.

Mechanical aptitude

Able to cope with the physical demands of the job

Safety-conscious

Good mathematical skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

High school diploma, some college preferred
