Customer Service Representative
Kinsman Garden Company now has two Full Time Customer Service positions available in our Pipersville, PA office. We are looking for someone who is motivated, articulate, has strong writing skills for email correspondence, comfortable with heavy phone use and can multitask. Job responsibilities would include, but not limited to: Order processing, Customer Service both on-line and over the phone, outbound calls to existing garden center customers, order entry, mailing packages and assisting with various projects. We are looking for someone who is reliable, positive and willing to go the extra mile so that our customers have a positive experience. $15/ hour plus benefits, no weekends. Sorry, we cannot allow walk-in applicants at this time.
