We are Looking for a part time customer service representative for multiple equestrian focused websites. Previous Customer Service experience is mandatory as well as a customer focused ethic. Horse Experience preferred.

Must be familiar with Google G-suite and have strong communication skills on both email and by telephone.

Candidate must be flexible and be able to multi task, with strong problem solving skills and ability to de-escalate and service difficult customers.

This will be a Remote position, therefore the candidate must have a computer and a strong internet connection. During work hours, candidate must be available to work with the team via instant messenger (slack) or telephone along being available to work with customers.

After a 3 month trial, the position could be expanded to full-time and depending on how skill sets have developed.

Work hours are flexible as emails and voice mail comes in throughout the day, however, they must be consistent.

4-5 Hours per day, 5-6 days per week. Up to 30 hours per week.
