Part-Time Site Manager
Job Summary: Monarch Management Group, Inc. is looking for a Site Manager to oversee 2 properties located in McVeytown, PA, and Beaver Springs, PA. The position will require 2 days per week at each location. Site Manager duties include being responsible for the day-to-day operations, rent collection, leasing, program administration, supportive services. Must adhere to all Federal, State, and local laws, and company policies and procedures.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Affordable Housing and YARDI are preferred but not required. Willing to train the right person. Hourly rate depending on experience.
Certifications: Training in Rural Development and/or Tax Credit, preferred.
