The successful candidate will lead scrum events, work with product owners to build out a release plan for each application in their portfolio and be responsible for delivering according to that release plan. A deep dive understanding of both the business and the underlying architecture and code is required to be successful in this position.

Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

Acts as a leader who coaches and supports Agile teams assigned to mainly Business as Usual (BAU) work and to a lesser degree, important department initiatives and applicable portions of Enterprise Innovation projects and initiatives.

Support efficiency measures executed through application of lean thinking, such as reduced cycle times, limiting work in progress, reduced batch size, understanding of flow, identification of waste/inefficiencies and post-mortem effort

Support implementation of Agile and DevOps deployments with a goal to adopt capabilities related to build, deploy, package and release automation within CI/CD, including environment and cloud-based forms of automation

Understand the tools landscape to leverage the right tools to address the gaps and build the capabilities required by Engineering, IT and Test Teams to adopt modern delivery techniques

Qualifications:A minimum of five years of experience in Software Delivery and experience in professional services consulting delivering large transformation services and experience developing and delivering software solutions

A minimum of three years of experience driving the adoption of and achieving successful Agile and DevOps practices across organizations and a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a Technical Agile Coach role

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science or related discipline

Knowledge of providing the technical direction and successful strategy development for scaling Agile and DevOps across organization; Agile Coach certification or equivalent experience

Experience driving technical scaled agile practices across organizations and understanding of Kanban and Scrum Model for implementation, enhancements, and maintenance projects; Scaled Agile SAFe or Scrum certification is preferred working

Technical Skills: Python knowledge, Big Data and Analytics/AI, Angular 4, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, Jenkins. Non-technical: Jira, Agile methodology, Full Application Lifecycle support, Experience leading teams of delivery engineers, People Management and Performance reviews

Knowledge in cloud management technologies, specifically with the GCP, AWS, and Azure

Travel may be up to 80-100%
