E-Commerce company is currently seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join us at our headquarters in Pawtucket!
The Customer Experience Specialist must be relentlessly organized and detail-oriented, keeping records of every customer interaction and ensuring that all procedures are followed exactly. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and always be ready to work with others to complete a goal, this position will require you to take on tasks that are outside of the scope of a typical Customer Service role. This daily collaboration between Customer Service and our fulfillment team is essential to our operations, we have a small team at the factory so we all work closely and thrive off positivity together!
Preferred qualifications:
Previous call center or customer relations experience
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with minimum supervision
Experience prioritizing tasks to ensure efficiency
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Consistently punctual attendance
Confidence in communication
Relentless optimism
Sense of humor
Our factory is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm so please keep that in mind when considering this position. We are not offering any hours outside of this timeframe and expect the Customer Service Specialist to adhere to this schedule.
