RESPONSIBILITIES

● Live our Vision, Values and Beliefs

● Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm

● Educate customers on the features and benefits of products

● Provide product options as it relates to the customers needs

● Share additional programs provided by RH

● Follow up on “Customer Delight” issues efficiently to ensure customers are completely satisfied with an immediate resolution

● Process register transactions accurately and efficiently including completion of furniture purchase order forms

● Assist team in wrapping paid product

● Uphold brand integrity through merchandising guidelines

● Perform regular cleaning duties and maintain product standards

REQUIREMENTS

● A minimum of one to two years experience in retail or home furnishings

● Ability to exceed sales goals and all RH expectations

● Ability to visually execute our curated vision

● Ask questions, seek clarity, and remove obstacles

● Exceptional attention to detail

● Must have excellent written and verbal communication

● Must have strong interpersonal skills

● Excellent organizational and time management skills

● Follow all company policies and procedures

● Sense of personal style and a polished appearance

● Must have working knowledge of current technology i.e. iPads, MAC, PC

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

● Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 50 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and adhering to safety guidelines

● Ability to maneuver effectively around sales floor and stock room

● Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
