Minimum Requirements:

Working with others to complete site preparation and clean-up tasks.

Capable of working in all-weather environments.

Ability to meet substantial physical demands.

Possesses good character, morals and is a team player.

Must be capable of passing a pre-employment background screening and drug test.

Possessing OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification is a PLUS

Previous heavy timber experience is a PLUS

Heavy equipment operating experience is a PLUS

CARPENTERS

Previous carpentry experience working with wood structures.

Ability to work with and handle various types of saws such as chain and circular.

Ability to complete various carpentry tasks as delegated by the onsite foreman.

Assisting the foreman with the fabrication and assembly of structures utilizing power tools, fasteners, and various other components.

PAINTERS

General bridge finishing tasks including pressure washing, sanding and assisting foreman on site with coatings application.

Use of rollers, brushes and sprayers to achieve the desired look of our finished project.

Earnings Potential:

$50k+ Compensation is based on experience.

Per-Diem Included in bi-weekly paycheck (tax free)
