What qualifications and experience are required?

Minimum of 18 years of age, valid driver's license, high school diploma and must have own transportation. Also must have one year experience in carpentry, insulation installation, and/or crawlspace work is a must.

Ability to lift and move items up to 30 lbs, ability to work in tight spaces such as an attic while maintaining high quality work with excellent attention to detail. Must have reliable personal vehicle (must be able to transport to job sites).

What type of work does the job include?

Installing radiant barrier insulation and blow-in insulation. Safely and efficiently, loading/unloading project materials into trucks and trailers. Job duties include providing the highest possible work quality, customer service and maintaining safety standards at all times.
