The RETAIL GREETER during COVID-19 is the first signal to our customers that Micro Center is taking safety seriously. We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and proactive RETAIL GREETER who will acknowledge customers and monitor all activity at the store entrance.

The Retail Greeter is an ambassador of Micro Center and will be positioned just inside the front doors during all hours the store is open for business.

We have established industry leading COVID-19 health and safety standards for our locations nationwide to ensure the continued health both of our associates and customers.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Retail Greeter :

Greet customers and inform them of CDC guidelines as they enter the store while maintaining the 6-foot separation (marked on the floor) recommendation as described by the CDC

Inform customers of the cleaning stations located throughout the store and proactively ask the customers to sanitize their hands with the sanitizing spray.

Offer customers a sanitized cart and mask and answer any questions they may have

Partner and communicate with location management on any escalations.

Contribute in maintaining the greeter table and all required supplies (disinfectant, spray bottle, paper towels, masks, and gloves).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers

Physical requirements : lift up to 50 lbs., stand for prolonged periods of time

Shifts include hours before and after the store is open to the public and may also include mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
