Responsible for the overall development of technical and editorial content and message portrayed across Oracle's digital channels in execution of the company's digital strategyProvides content development, technical orientation and user perspective to online products, services, communities by guiding and ensuring consistency throughout the site with respect to Oracle's image and qualtiy standards. Take a metrics-driven approach to optimize content strategy. Confers with project teams to develop and implement digital content and applications. Serves as a liaison among marketing, alliances, product management and product development to integrate a variety of content and to achieve a consistent, successful product for the user. Work with cross-functional team members to develop and implement an integrated content strategy. Develop techniques on ways to build traffic, generate leads and develop audience. Works with management to develop project objectives . Consults with graphic designers and web designers to insure that required technical features are feasible and can be implemented. Teams with creative and technical leads to manage overall content strategy. May provide project leadershipLeading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Advanced knowledge of digital design, flow and site organization. 8 years relevant work experience. Specific experience with cloud applications for marketing, sales, commerce, or service is a plus.

Demonstrated understanding and experience executing content marketing best practices including development of buyer personas and aligning content to stages of the buying journey.

Portfolio of work samples that demonstrate excellence in a variety of content formats.

Strong writer, editor, communicator.

Organized, detail-oriented and analytical.

Understanding of content performance metrics and able to draw insights from them.

Familiarity with content standards, including voice and tone guidelines.

Strong design sensibility with a firm understanding of user experience.

Ability to communicate and work collaboratively across a global organization.

Able to perform within tight deadlines across a variety of teams in a fast-moving setting.

Experience working with designers and agencies.
