RN Manager for senior living building in Pierre with hiring bonus

We are currently seeking a hard-working and compassionate individual to join our team in as a Registered Nurse Manager. As a RN Manager at Edgewood Pierre (a 72bed assisted living and memory care community), you would be responsible for managing clinical care to an assigned group of residents and to provide manager support to clinical services staff

You would also participate in completing comprehensive nursing assessments of all residents, assist in hiring and training of clinical care staff, and address areas of concerns from residents, families, or staff.

You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:

Current state RN licensure is required.

Work experience that demonstrates increased level of supervisory responsibility and 3 or more years of increased responsibility in the healthcare field.

Knowledge of basic nursing skills; knowledge and familiarity with the therapeutic effects and side effects of all medications administered.
