Product Marketing Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for one Product Marketing Assistant supervisor to join our team. As a full-time Product Marketing Supervisor, you will focus on supervising our marketing platform, people operations tools from ideation to execution, and in association with product management, user experience, operations, and monitoring product marketing assistants.

Salary range: $40000 - $50000 per year.

• Own product positioning and message development for marketing tools, articulating the value of the proposition of the new product feature to boost awareness and adoption.

• Defend and embody the culture, mission, and values ​​of the company

• Ensure that all service standards are met

• Monitor productivity

• Work to best represent the product, collecting feedback from our user group on existing tools and processes and leveraging knowledge to influence future road maps and daily product development

• Promote the transfer of explicit knowledge to Operations to ensure the understanding and adoption of new product updates.

• Manage the product launches and experiments in your team, interacting with the product management, engineering, data science, user experience, and operations to ensure a smooth implementation

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in Product Marketing with experience in developing market launch strategies, conducting consumer research, project management, and defining/writing value

• Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can present complex information clearly and concisely and have a high capacity to adapt communication to your audience

• An open-minded and positive individual

• Must have a high level of interpersonal skills in an accelerated and time-oriented environment, often working cross-functionally

• You take possession, you are an inventive problem-solver, and you have a high level of responsibility

• Excellent communicator

• An outgoing and sales-driven personality
