Independent Property Rental Assist Wanted

Out of town cottage rental owner wants help showing the property to pre-screened tenant candidates. It's a cottage on an acre that's quiet and private, yet only a few minutes from major shopping. Property is being upgraded and cleaned. It is scheduled to be available November 1st. I'll run rental ads very soon, will pre-screen by phone and possibly on Zoom.
