Electronics/Computer Repair Technician

We are a fast growing, fast paced, electronics and computer repair company located in Georgetown. We are expanding and looking for a few highly qualified individuals to join our team.

Duties:

● Provide support for Smartphones, Tablets, PCs, Macs, and Drones.

● Troubleshoot and repair Hardware & Software issues accurately and in a timely manner.

● Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on consumer electronics as needed.

● Document, track, monitor and close open tickets to ensure a timely resolution using company procedures and best practices

● New system assembly

● Troubleshoot and repair hardware / software issues; Cellphones, Tablets, PCs, Macs and Drones.

● Troubleshoot and repair device malfunctions, network issues, connections to printers.

● Troubleshoot and support Windows & Mac OS environments.

Required Skills:

- Laptop and Desktop disassembly/reassembly abilities; Cellphones, Tablets, PC’s, Mac’s & Drones a plus

- Knowledge in Windows, Mac OS, Linux, Office Suites, Anti-virus, etc.

- Positive attitude & Self Starter.

- Must be able to follow instructions.

- Highly organized and detail oriented.

- Excellent at time management.

- Ability to work hand in hand with customers to insure positive and satisfactory resolutions to expected problems

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Solarwinds RMM a plus.

- Knowledge in DC Circuit diagnostic and Troubleshooting

- Repairing/replacing components & IC’s on Mobile Devices, including iPads and iPhones (will cross train on unknown devices)

This is a customer facing role, strong communications skills are critical for success. Focus will be bench repairs and remote assistance. Must have strong customer service skills. This position will require extensive documentation of activities performed for customers.
