HVAC Technician/ Maintenance

Community in Portland looking for a Full - Time HVAC/Maintenance worker

Job Duties include make ready, preventative maintenance, grounds keeping, electrical and plumbing. Must also be able to maintain the pool. Complete daily work orders.

On call rotation

Must Provide own tools
