The ideal person for our company will have knowledge of how and why to perform preventative maintenance on vehicles. Experienced ability to correctly diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues. Able to focus on the customer concern first and recommendations second. Looking to improve your knowledge an ability.
LEAD TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diagnose and repair automotive systems including suspension, brake and hydraulic, exhaust, fuel and ignition, A/C performance, and computer systems.
Assist in mentoring other repair technicians with technical issues.
Address customer driveability concerns including alignments.
Continuously educate yourself on new technology and techniques.
Maintain a high level of productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Our technicians require a minimum of 5+ years as dedicated technician experience.
Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
ASE Certifications preferred but not required.
