WANTED: Experienced, dependable maintenance/make ready person for small, beautiful property in south Tyler.
Your job responsibilities will include performing minor and routine maintenance/repair involving the following:
Electrical and Plumbing
A/C and Heating systemsneed to have your HVAC Certification
Appliances
Water Irrigation Systems
Interior/Exterior Lights
Door Locks
Swimming Pool
You will also be assisting in getting apartments ready for move-in which includes painting and general maintenancing of an apartment. You will be on call every 3rd or 4th week a month.
