Residential General Contractor seeking customer service/home-warranty tech to service homeowner punch-lists and warranty claims. This job requires entering newly built, occupied homes and addressing issues with the homeowner, our customer. Patience, persistence and general work ethic are a must. This is a great opportunity for anyone with the following skillset that can work in a fast paced environment and work well with others.
Ideal candidates would have the following skills
computer & email skills
basic general construction knowledge
power-tool experience
basic equipment operation experience
self-scheduling & personal communication skills
ability to problem solve and trouble shoot
