Automotive Customer Service/Sales

This position is a great way for a motivated customer service, or sales representative in the automotive and tire sales industry to take their career to the next level.

If you

1) possess a passion to excel in sales and provide superior customer service

2) have strong communication and interpersonal skills

3) enjoy a fast-paced retail environment

General job duties include:

Selling automotive services to satisfy the customer by learning about their needs

Greet customers in a timely and professional manner

Complete work orders and recommend products and automotive maintenance services to customers

Build relationships with customers by communicating with them regarding the service of their vehicle

Schedule appointments for customers, and inform customers when their repair is complete either in person, or by phone
