This is a full-time position. Job activities include answering phones, scheduling service calls, dispatching technicians, using computer to enter and retrieve customer information, and providing general office support to our operations and accounting departments.

Applicant must enjoy working with the public and have good presence on the phone. Applicant must be dependable, have a good driving record, good references, high school diploma and some work experience in the Charlottesville area.
