The Move Coordinator exists as a single point of contact for our customers, Sales Representatives and other employees. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, organized, able to professionally handle difficult or stressful situations and be computer literate.
Phone communications with potential and existing customers on “sales” related issues
Handling any and all customers concerns during the relocation
Act as a liaison between booking agents, carriers and our agency
Coordinating and setting surveys and sales appointments
Assist with our customers service programs
Data input into industry software
Assist with credit checks
Obtaining authorization for and scheduling 3rd party services
Learning and staying current with sales / industry related rules and regulations
