Cost Control and Admin Assistance Needed

We are looking for a professional and organized Administrative Assistant person. You would assist with the day to day tasks and focus on in house policy and procedure. This is a full time position.
The primary focus of this position is to track and understand cost control / schedule on each construction project we are involved in. Keeping track of estimated labor and materials and comparing that to invoices, quotes and field documentation.
Skills/attributes required:
People person, with good communication skills
Teamwork, not easily frustrated
Understand time management
Is organized during the entire day
Multitasking is a must
Dependable
Problem solving, and can think outside of the box
Microsoft Office experience a must, Excel spreadsheet experience required
Basic math skills
Proper phone and business etiquette
Accounts Receivable experience helpful, not required.
Very Strong computer skills are required. Excel Spreadsheet experience is required
Experience in a busy construction office is a huge plus.
