Medical Receptionist/ Data Entry Assistant- Full time position in a busy Eye Care Clinic! We are looking to augment our outstanding Team!

Exceptional patient rapport skills and an energetic/outgoing personality is a must! The ideal candidate will be a great team player, honest, hardworking, complete tasks on own, and a quick learner. Candidates must be able to multi-task, self-motivated, problem solving orientated, and have a working knowledge of patient care & needs. Ideal candidate will also be knowledgeable of billing, CPT codes, ICD10 codes, and difference between medical and vision billing. Must be able to assist with data entry of procedures. Additional tasks include scanning, faxing, answering telephones, scheduling patients, patient care coordination, and daily reception duties.

Candidates must be enthusiastic, highly motivated, and have a working knowledge of optometric patient care and needs or a strong desire to learn. Our clinic is a fast paced medical/vision clinic with a diverse patient base; hence, flexibility is essential. Employees must be willing to cross train in ancillary office positions and learn additional required clinical skills as well. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday. Compensation depends on experience.
