Office Cleaning Position- 10-20 hours per week

Seeking Janitorial/Office Cleaner for Dental Office.

Purpose: Common area cleaning for entire building.

Janitorial staff reports to the office manager.

Daily:

Vacuum all common areas including lobbies, hallways, basement rooms and air locks (entryways)

Dry sweep or vacuum all bathrooms

Wet mop all bathroom floors

Wipe down (scrubbing if necessary) all bathroom sinks and countertops

Wipe down and clean all toilets

Clean all bathroom mirrors

Empty all trash & recycle containers in common areas and bathrooms. Replace can liners

Disinfect all surfaces common area surfaces, including lobbies

Wipe down kitchen surfaces

Weekly:

Dust all blinds in common areas: lobbies

Dust all lamp fixtures in lobbies

High dusting (vents and walls)

Clean interior windows in lobbies. Clean glass door interiors

Spot clean carpeting if necessary

Occasional duties as requested.

All cleaning supplies and trash can liners will be supplied by office.

Cleaning must be performed after hours. (Office hours are M-F, 7:30 am-5:30 pm.)
