The Role

We are looking for a skilled Custodian to clean and maintain building facilities, and assist the Facilities Supervisor as needed. Perfect for someone that is in school or just looking to work 4 hours a day.

2 Available Shifts:

Monday-Friday 10am - 2:30pm

Sunday - Thursday 6:30-10:30pm

Duties and Responsibilities

Clean and maintain all areas of the building and grounds.

Sweep and mop the floors using cleaning solutions, tools, and equipment.

Gather and empty trash and recycling daily.

Check and restock bathroom supplies in bathrooms every shift.

Clean and sanitize doorknobs, desks and any other touch points frequently.

Clean mirrors

Notify Facilities Supervisor of need to order materials/supplies, need for major repairs, or additions to building or operating systems.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Two years related experience and/or training.

Approachable, friendly, customer service-oriented personality.

Must be detail oriented

Flexibility to deal with multiple responsibilities and projects.

Facilities operations experience including maintenance and housekeeping, a plus
