As Inside Sales, you will directly assist the customer with equipment rentals, sales and service. This includes writing reservations, contracts, payment transactions, loading / unloading of equipment & tools, scheduling and follow-through via CRM software. Inside Sales are responsible for taking care of existing Birch customers and building new customer base daily. Incredible internal/external customer relations, proactive sales, time and product management a must. Critical Skills / Requirements

- Computer competency

- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

- Ability to bend or kneel and work with arms raised for prolonged periods

- Ability to lift 50 pounds

- Drug Free, ability to pass pre-employment drug test & random drug tests
