Help make a difference in our community by helping people find jobs

Help companies in our community with their staffing and human resource needs

Offer high-level customer service to our three customers- internal team, employees and client companies

Inside sales (outbound calls to current and prospective client companies)

Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding

Coaching and terminating as needed

Quality control, safety and facility tours

Reference checks, background checks, I-9s, etc.

Face to face meetings and phone meetings

Work with an amazing team that treats you like family

What you need to be successful:

Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude daily

Bi-lingual in Spanish and English

Human Resources, Recruiting, Customer service or Sales experience

Understanding of common business practices and procedures
